Though it rained

Today it rained.

I stood amongst a crowd...
Alone.
Emotions sang a silent song...
of longings,
of dreams...
of freedom
crowching sadly in the corners of a cage.
The wind beckoned them to venture out.
Blowing,
like it always did,
unhindered...
forever.
But I walked along the corridors...
each one leading to a dead end.
And shadows...
of memories
of peoplle
followed me
their voices echoing
due to the walls

I knew i would open the lock
to an empty house today...
Even though it rained today.

i know its a bit random :P
